Yeah, yeah, yeah, I do.

Weddings are weird. A lasting marriage seems to just be an embarrassingly wishful idea that I have in the back of my head but I'm too doubtful to think it will ever be true. Growing up and seeing nothing but broken marriages, I've come to accept the fact that divorce rate is higher than sucess rate in the marriage department. Which has lead me to question, what is the point? To be in love is one wonderful thing, but it seems that marriage has just become a reason to get divorced.  But (thankfully) Kortnee and Ruben have changed my mind, they've redefined my definition of marriage. They didn't get married because it was what they were supposed to do, they got married because from the inside out they are truly in love.  When they said "I do" they really meant it because they want to spend the rest of their life together.  Look at the happiness between them as they are first announced as husband and wife. Even though the pastor misread Kortnee's name, she was still able to glow and giggle because she was so happy and nothing could ruin that. Now that, that right there will be a lasting marriage. Seriously beautiful. Yeah, marriage!
